Options for Program Delivery and Formatting
American Learning is flexible to meet client needs by delivering training (1) at on-site or off-site locations, (2) through a variety of means, e.g., traditional classroom instruction, seminars, workshops, electronic distance learning, audio conferencing, video conferencing, webinars, etc., and (3) in a variety of time-frames and formats.
Follow-up and Follow-through
Learning and assimilating new skills require time, practice, repetition, evaluation, and on-course adjustments.
American Learning has a variety of follow-up methods to ensure program participants are using their new skills -- to see what is working for them, what isn't working yet, and what they may need to adjust, modify, or adapt to their specific situations.
Our unique "21 Day Rule Game Plan" and our follow-up procedures provide participants the bridge between classroom learning and effective workplace application of their new knowledge and skills.
Continuing Education Units
American Learning is frequently asked to deliver courses that can assist professionals who need to obtain continuing education and/or professional education credits or units.
For example, we have provided training for law enforcement personnel, have been a sole source provider for training for state employees, and, as a state approved provider for mandatory real estate continuing education, we trained more than 13,000 real estate professionals in two years.
If your profession has an accrediting body that needs to pre-approve the credits, please contact us and we will assist you with the information needed to obtain your approval. Upon course completion, we can furnish certificates documenting satisfactory course completion.
Helping People Succeed
In business today, people are expected to "jump through hoops" and perform at the highest levels.
American learning can give people the skills and knowledge they need to be successful.
